Aguilabs Factory

An engineer-ledagentic software factory.

You describe it, agents build it, an engineer reviews and ships it.

AI speed. Engineering accountability.

How the factory works

Every request runs the same loop. AI agents do much of the building; an engineer approves the spec, reviews the code and releases it. Nothing reaches production without an engineer's sign-off.

    Spec

    Who
    Engineer
    Status
    Live

An engineer turns it into a clear plan: what changes, how, and how we'll know it works.

  3. Build

    Who
    Agents
    Status
    Live

AI coding agents write the change inside your project's real codebase, following the spec.

    Review

    Who
    Engineer
    Status
    Live

An engineer reviews every change for correctness, security and fit before it moves on.

  5. Test

    Who

    Status

Automated tests run against the change. If they fail, it goes back to the build.

Who does what

No fine print. Here is who is responsible for each part of the work.

You

Describe what you need and approve the result.

  • Describe what you want in plain words. You don't need to know how software is built.
  • Make the business calls: what matters most and what comes next.
  • Look over what shipped and approve it, or tell us what to change.

The engineer

Owns every release, and is your contact.

  • Turns your request into a spec and approves it.
  • Makes the architecture and security decisions.
  • Reviews every change the agents make.
  • Releases to production and answers for what ships.

The agents

AI coding agents that do much of the typing.

  • Write code inside your project's real codebase.
  • Write and run the tests.
  • Draft changes for the engineer to review.
  • Document what changed.

The factory in numbers

These numbers are live. They come straight from our delivery records and update on their own.

Aguilabs Factory live telemetry

Agent-hours
1,300+
AI agent runtime across client work. An engineer reviews every change before it ships.
Changes shipped
52
Changes deployed to production in the last 30 days.

Changes shipped and median turnaround appear here once there is enough recent work to report them honestly.

Why it's priced this way

The price follows from how the work gets done.

A traditional agency
More work means more developers on the payroll, and the price climbs with every hire.
Aguilabs Factory
More work means more agent time, on shared infrastructure and automated testing, with an engineer accountable for every release.

Monthly Build Capacity

Each plan includes a monthly share of the factory's time: your Monthly Build Capacity. Every request draws from it, and a live meter in your dashboard shows what's used and what's left.

Plans start at $35 a month.

Guardrails

What holds today, for every client.

  • An engineer reviews every change

No change reaches production until an engineer has reviewed it.

  • Tested before it ships

Every change is tested before release. If it fails, it goes back, not out.

  • Your data stays separate

Your app's data belongs to you. Businesses share a sign-in, never their data.

    How the Aguilabs Network works

  • Published subprocessors and DPA

See every outside service that processes data for us, and the terms we process it under.

    SubprocessorsData Processing Agreement

  • Your code can leave with you

Every plan offers a per-project source release that hands you the complete, self-hostable codebase.

    How source release works

  • No training on your data

We don't permit our AI providers to use your business data, your end users' data or your project content to train their models.

Questions

Want a factory inside your company?

Some teams want this way of working inside their own codebase and workflow: their repositories, their review rules, their engineers approving every release. That's an Enterprise conversation, and we're glad to have it.

Let's talk

Tell us what to build.

Start with a message. An engineer reads it, and the factory takes it from there.
