Starter and Growth use the shared Aguilabs Network identity and shared Supabase infrastructure. The same account credentials work in every network app, while each app creates a separate profile and session. No. The default infrastructure uses a shared Supabase instance, but every app keeps its data in app-specific tables protected by row-level security (RLS). Each business can access only its own records — this is enforced in the database, not just the application.

Yes, 100%. We help you register and configure your domain, but it's always in your name and under your control. Domain registration (~$12–15/yr) is a separate cost paid directly to your registrar — we handle the DNS setup.

You can cancel anytime — no penalties, no awkward phone calls. Your site stays live through the end of your billing period. If you want the full source code to self-host, a one-time Source Release fee applies per project: $500/project for Starter, $1,000/project for Growth, $2,500/project for Pro. Integrated multi-component systems may be treated as a single release unit where appropriate. Enterprise includes custom commercial terms. This is disclosed upfront so there are no surprises.

Most Starter and Growth sites launch within 1-2 weeks. Pro and Enterprise projects vary based on scope, but we'll give you a clear timeline before starting.

Every plan includes monthly build capacity. Your dashboard shows what has been used, what remains, and when it resets. Small edits and requests draw from that capacity. If you need more before the next reset, a $10 one-time Build Capacity Top-Up resets your current meter to 75%; contact your developer to purchase one.

A project is one app we build and maintain — one codebase with its own build and release. An online store is one project even though it has a storefront, a cart, a checkout, and an admin panel. A marketing site plus a native iPhone app is two, because they are two separate builds.

Adding features to a project does not create a new project. If your store adds customer accounts and a rewards program, that is still one project — it just moves up to the Growth plan, because your customers are logging in now.

Want to add a separate app later? Add it any time. If it fits in your current plan's project count, there is no price change. If not, upgrade whenever you are ready — billing is month to month.

Usually not. If you are the only one logging in — managing products and fulfilling orders — while your customers check out as guests, a store fits on Starter with the E-commerce Package add-on.

You move to Growth when your customers get accounts of their own: saved carts, order history, memberships, or a rewards program. A quick test — if customers receive an order-status link by email, you are still on Starter. If they log in to see their orders, that is Growth.

Absolutely. You can switch plans at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle with prorated adjustments.
