The ecosystem is split across two codebases: a consumer PWA app (`whats-the-move`) for voters and a corporate stack (`whats-the-move-corporate`) for marketing plus venue owner operations. The platform combines city-scale polling, private friend polls, venue promotions, analytics, and AI-assisted growth recommendations while staying mobile-first and realtime.

It centralizes case stages, due dates, IEP scheduling, collaboration nudges, and California timeline/retention workflows while reducing manual spreadsheet operations. Sensitive fields are encrypted client-side, MFA is enforced for protected flows, and row-level ownership policies scope access in Supabase. The platform is fully FERPA compliant.
