Demo Scheduler
Project Overview
We show the Aguilabs restaurant scheduler to prospects, and a real client's schedules, wages and sales are not ours to show. So we built a demo around El Trompo Cantina, a brand we made up: every store, person and number in it is invented. A prospect joins with a single-use invite code, plans a week of shifts, sees coverage by the half hour, and watches optimal staffing and labor percentage change as shifts move. Hourly sales can be typed in or imported from a point-of-sale export, the week prints or exports to Excel, and the app installs on a phone with a day-by-day editor.

Project Overview
Anabella Aguilar studies marketing at Texas A&M and wanted a portfolio that would catch a recruiter's eye. We built anabellajaguilar.com as an interactive site. Her internship at Vogue México and her agency work at Surfing Penguin each open as a 3D scene: the camera moves through the room as you scroll, and the pieces on display lift toward you when you hover over them. Around the scenes are pages for her Texas A&M event designs, her skills told as a trip through a supermarket, and her other projects, with her résumé one click away. The site is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript with Three.js, and it has its own layout for phones.

NUAIR
Project Overview
NUAIR is an El Paso maker of luxury interior fragrances that needed a storefront as considered as its scents. We built a scroll-driven, cinematic landing page and shop for its hotel-inspired room sprays, its reed diffusers, and the Studio 1 cold-air diffusion system, alongside a business-scenting inquiry flow for hotels and offices. Checkout runs on Square, the storefront collects newsletter sign-ups, order and business-inquiry emails go out over Amazon SES, and the owner manages products, orders, and featured scents from an admin behind the same site.

Corksplit
Project Overview
Corksplit is an invite-only wine dinner club, and the awkward part of a wine dinner is always the check: one bottle costs more than the rest of the table put together, and somebody ends up carrying it. Corksplit settles that before the night starts. Admins and the club's sommelier publish each dinner with a curated bottle list, members RSVP for a seat, and the night's bottle total splits evenly across the seats at the table. Every member watches their own per-seat share move live as the list and the table fill, so no one buys the Montrachet alone. The app wears the official Corksplit brand in a candlelit light and dark theme, and members sign in with their Aguilabs Network account.

RemudaBook
Project Overview
Bar 3 Quarter Horses breeds AQHA quarter horses, and the app they came to us with ran entirely in the browser: everything an operation of 50 to 300 head has to track lived in a client-side single-page app with nothing behind it. We took the project over and rebuilt it for production as a full-stack app with its own API layer. Los Ojitos now runs horses, breeding, vaccines, and feed alongside the money (expenses, income, capital purchases, accounts, transactions, sales, and forecast), so every horse carries its own financial story from conception to sale. Reports are assembled in a report builder, the team has its own settings, and the app is bilingual, works in dollars and pesos, and installs on a phone.

Project Overview
BodyNova Wellness needed to present research peptides to an El Paso audience without the site reading like a storefront. We built a bilingual information site where visitors browse the catalog by the goal they care about and land on product pages laid out like lab labels: lot number, date, cold-storage note. A research-use gate stands in front of the catalog, inquiries go straight to WhatsApp, and the owner manages products and inquiries from an admin built into the site.

Met 1's numbers lived in Google Sheets and exported spreadsheets, so every recurring report meant someone rebuilding it by hand. Met 1 Reports is a report studio: connect a Google Sheets range or upload an Excel or CSV file, assemble the report out of KPI, chart, and table widgets, then give it a schedule and an audience. Reports send themselves by email daily, weekly, or monthly, and the sources, audiences, schedules, and activity log all live in one place.

Project Overview
Grupo ROMA ran projects, employee training, and performance reviews across three separate places, and none of them talked to each other. The ROMA Admin Suite puts all three in one platform: projects and training on one side, and a performance module that scores every employee monthly against a Balanced Scorecard on the other. Managers get team rankings and summaries, and the org chart drives who can see and approve what, down to indirect-cost tracking. The whole interface is Spanish-first.

Project Overview
350º Delights was taking gift-box and bakery orders through social media messages and had no way to keep stock straight. We built a full e-commerce site for the gift boxes and the menu, with Square handling the ordering and payments. Behind it, the owner manages orders and inventory, sends a newsletter, and posts to social from the same place, with custom email templates for every step of an order.

Project Overview
A multi-location Wienerschnitzel franchisee planned every week's shifts in one Excel workbook, and the labor math only came out right if nobody broke a formula. We replaced the workbook with a weekly shift planner: a color-coded schedule per location, hourly sales entered alongside it, and optimal staffing and labor percentage computed the moment a shift changes. The planner is bilingual, so managers use it in the language they work in.

Project Overview
Silk Depilación Láser wanted its client questionnaire, its consent form and its appointments in one online platform. We built silkcitas.com in Spanish. A client creates an account with a phone number, fills in the medical questionnaire, picks the areas to treat and signs the informed consent, all before booking. From their dashboard, clients book an open time on a weekly planner and keep their information current. The clinic's staff work from an admin panel: client records with medical history and consent, a weekly planner in 15-minute intervals for laser, massage and facial appointments, capacity settings for each laser machine, the month's promotions, and reports by date, city and service.
